4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription services renew automatically. You must cancel at least three (3) days prior to the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all proprietary systems, workflows, AI prompts, automation logic, and related processes (“System Logic”). You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these systems for your own business operations. You may not resell, replicate, distribute, or reverse-engineer our systems.

6. AI Accuracy & Client Responsibility

AI-generated content is probabilistic and may occasionally contain inaccuracies (“hallucinations”). You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated communications sent to your customers. AI Advisors Edge is not liable for errors or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

7. No Guarantees & Earnings Disclaimer

Marketing and AI implementation results vary significantly. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volume, conversion rates, or business growth outcomes. Any examples or case studies are illustrative only and are not promises of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Advisors Edge and Carolyn Sawaya shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, advertising account suspensions, data loss, or damages arising from the use of our services, automation systems, or AI technologies. Use of services is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use our systems for unlawful activities, spam, harassment, deceptive marketing practices, or content involving sex exploitation, hate speech, illegal firearms activity, or tobacco promotion in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party providers such as GoHighLevel, Meta, OpenAI, mobile carriers, or other software platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or service disruptions caused by these providers.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas. You agree to waive participation in any class-action lawsuit.
